I enjoyed the convenience of being just a few steps from Rice Wok Chinese Restaurant, and Huff Park, which is perfect for a weekend stroll. however, the property itself could use a bit of TLC to improve the overall experience.

Cleanliness could use immediate attention!!! Strong odor of smoke permeated the building, and there were numerous signs of wear and tear throughout the facility!!! An update wouldn't hurt the ambiance at all!!!

This stay offered some positives with a great location near restaurants and stores, and friendly staff. Our room featured laminate flooring, which was a nice touch. However, overall cleanliness was lacking, and some aspects felt outdated. For the price, expect a few compromises.

24-hour reception was helpful, but the hallways smelled musty and were neglected.

I loved the spacious Deluxe Queen room with two comfy beds, and the easy check-out was a breeze. The hotel had a nice little pool and a cozy lounge area to unwind after a long day. Only downside was the lack of coffee options to grab in the morning. ☕️

It was just a fitting option for a couple of nights in Grand Rapids with fantastic value for money. The room smelled like chemicals, which I think was bed bug spray. Try to confirm your reservation before arriving.
